本課程主要是結合課室教學之進階社區護理學(I)之社區健康評估與衛生計畫之相關理論與知識，協助學生進入社區與團體，實際運用社區及團體相關的知識、理論及文獻，以促進社區或特殊團體發現潛在或現存的健康問題，包括評估及確認團體或社區之優點、需要及資源；進而提升或改善社區或特殊團體之健康，以展現社區進階護理師之角色與功能。

　　The purpose of this practicum is designed to enhance the advanced community health nursing competence of graduate student. Student will apply the theory and knowledge that obtained from Community Health Assessment and Health Plan, and Advanced Community Health Nursing (I) to recognize the potential or existing problems of a community/group/aggregate. Student should be able to evaluate and ensure the advantage, needs, and resources of a community/group/aggregate, enhance or improve the health of a community/group/aggregate, and demonstrate the roles and functions as an advanced community health nurse.
