專科護理學(I) Nurse Practitioner (I)

本課程設計旨在(1)訓練學生臨床推理與決策的能力;(2)增進學生評估、檢查、診斷與處理初級醫療照護常見之健康問題的能力;(3)培養學生執行家庭專科護理師的角色與功能。課程中藉由臨床常見症狀做案例分析與討論的方式,訓練經驗性的觀察與反思性的推論進行臨床推理,使學生得以統整所學之護理學、生理病理學、藥理學、健康評估、與影像學等,運用臨床技能聚焦性收集資料、分析判讀臨床檢驗、檢查與影像結果作鑑別診斷,並適當提出以個案為中心之實證照護計畫,增強學生照護與處置之技能。
Clinical reasoning is a set of skills necessary for nursing students to become an effective nurse practitioner. So this course aims to enable nursing students (1) to develop their knowledge and understanding of concepts related to the clinical reasoning and decision making to formulate appropriate care plan based on evidence-based healthcare; (2) to enhance their ability and skills in physical assessment based on the findings of the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE), differential diagnoses, and interpretation for laboratory data and diagnostic tests; (3) to prepare nursing students to become a good adult/gero- nurse practitioner. This course involves introducing empirical observations and reflective thinking of clinical reasoning and implementing unfolding case studies. In simulation scenarios, students learn to practice focus physical exam, effectively collect meaningful data, analyze the results of medical imaging tests and lab data for differential diagnosis, and propose an appropriate patient-centered care plan. By so doing, nursing students also integrate all the knowledge of medical-surgical nursing, pathophysiology, etiology, medical imaging, physical assessment, pharmacology, and evidence-based healthcare into clinical practice.
