本課程橫向統合進階健康評估、進階病理生理學、進階藥理與治療學及症狀處置，以增強個案為中心的開場白、主訴與病史詢問、系統回顧、身體評估、鑑別診斷及治療計畫之臨床實務能力。縱向銜接為實證護理、靈性護理、流行病學方法論、專科護理師實習(I)、(II)及(III)，以提昇實證為基礎的臨床推理與決策、溝通等專業能力。本課程旨在實際演練家庭醫學科臨床案例以個案為中心的開場白、主訴與病史詢問、系統回顧、身體評估、鑑別診斷、治療計畫及衛
教，以提升學生之臨床實務能力。本課程也協助學生統整專科護理師實習(I)、(II)及(III)、實證護理、靈性護理及流行病學方法論，以提昇實證為基礎的臨床推理與決策、溝通等專業能力。
This course horizontally integrates advanced health assessment, advanced pathophysiology, advanced pharmacology and therapeutics, and symptom management for enhancing clinical practice-based competency on client-centered opening remarks, asking chief complaint and illness history, review of system, physical assessment, differential diagnosis, and treatment plan. It also vertically integrates evidence-based nursing practice, spiritual nursing, epidemiology, nurse practitioner practicum (I), (II), and (III) for promoting professional abilities on evidence-based clinical reasoning and decision-making, communication, and etcetera. This course aims at actually drilling clinical scenarios of family medicine client-centered opening remarks, asking chief complaint and illness history, review of system, physical assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment plan, and health education for enhancing students’ clinical practice competency. It also assists students to integrate nurse practitioner practicum (I), (II), and (III), spiritual nursing, epidemiology, nurse practitioner practicum (I), (II), and (III) for promoting professional abilities on evidence-based clinical reasoning and decision-making, communication, and etcetera
