有鑒於全球衛生與科技發展的跨領域與專業性，本課程旨在提升學生關注全球公共衛生議題的變遷與科技應用在健康照護的視野，結合政治政策、護理、公共衛生、經濟、文化、科技及國際關係等系統性課程設計，提供學生在課程中認識全球化對健康帶來的衝擊與影響，整合跨領域之教學資源與師資以及從事國際醫療實務工作者，強化學生在全球健康照護能力，培育學生全球衛生之素養及提升國際移動能力。
Based on the cross-disciplinary and professional of global health and technology development, this course aims to enhance students' focus on the change of global health and the application of technology in health care, integrating nursing, public health, economics, culture, and international relations. The curriculum design provides students with an understanding of the impact and effect of globalization on health in the course, integrates teaching resources, professional across fields, and international health care workers, strengthens students’ global health care capabilities, and increases students’ international mobility.
